INSIGHT MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS
This three session class will be a very basic introduction to Insight Meditation with an emphasis on how to meditate. You will learn how to calm the mind and body and become more aware and accepting of your experience through the practice of Insight Meditation. Instructions will also be offered on walking meditation and continuing to practice. There will be time in each class for practice and for questions and answers after practicing.
Insight meditation is a simple practice of kindness and moment-to-moment non-judgmental awareness of our lives.

Cost: Offered on a donation (or dana) basis. There is
no set fee.
